Our Tenancy Set-Up service handles every legal and administrative detail to ensure a smooth start to your tenancy. This includes drafting legal agreements, protecting deposits, and conducting right-to-rent checks. We also provide a comprehensive inventory report, along with thorough safety and background checks and tenant referencing, ensuring your tenants are trustworthy and your property is secure.
Part & Fully Managed Property Offerings
Our Reactive Maintenance Team is available on an hourly, weekly, or monthly basis to address any maintenance issues promptly. You can choose weekday-only service or include bank holidays and weekends, ensuring your property is always in top condition with reliable, professional support whenever you need it.

Our Part Managed service, at 12% of the monthly rental income, includes tenancy set-up, rent collection, quarterly income statements, rental arrears advice, and check-out reports. Our Fully Managed service, at 14%, goes further, including periodic property inspections, repair and call-out management, and deposit negotiations, ensuring your property is expertly maintained with minimal effort from you.
